Where our inventory comes from

Competitive prices start with where we buy. We work through channels most buyers can't reach on their own, then pass the details on to you without dressing them up.

  • Financial institutions

Banks and lenders sell marine assets they've taken back. We buy from them so you don't have to navigate their process yourself.

  • Repossessions

Repossessed boats and engines often sell well below typical market prices. Each one is listed with what we know about its condition and history.

  • Liquidations

Dealer closures, fleet sell-offs and business liquidations can bring in boats, engines and equipment in batches.

Why are your prices lower than a dealer's?

We buy through financial institutions, repossessions and liquidations, where assets are often sold to clear them quickly. That lets us price competitively. The trade-off is that availability depends on what comes in, so inventory changes often.

Can I have a boat inspected before I buy?

Where available, yes. Call or email us about the listing and we can discuss arranging an independent inspection before you commit.

Do you ship, or do I have to pick up?

Both can be possible. Pickup arrangements and shipping options depend on the item and where it's going. Ask us about a specific listing and destination.

What does the condition note on a listing mean?

It's what we know about the item's state: how it's been used, visible wear, and anything it's known to need. If something isn't covered, ask us before you buy.

Tell us what you're looking for.

A center console for the Keys, a replacement 150 hp, a trailer for the season. Send us the details and we'll tell you what we have or what's coming in.

We'll reply by email or phone. We don't share your details.
